Arrangements & Details

Contract

A date will be held when a contract is signed.  Both parties will retain a copy of the signed contract.

Availability

Mary Jo is available to travel throughout the year and across the world. Call early to get your desired date and be prepared to schedule a backup date. Most bookings are 6 months to a year in advance.

Necessities

A microphone system with a lavaliere microphone, a table for props, and children arranged so they can see the performance. A contact who will send pertinent information such as phone numbers, addresses, directions, hotel accomodations and who will greet and help Mary Jo set up.

Fees

All fees are charged according to the requirements of the scheduling party such as keynotes, workshops, residencies, etc. Call to discuss your specific needs and fees.

Expenses

Mileage or air fare, reimbursement for auto rental, gas, parking, lodging, meals and tipping. Lodging is preferred in a hotel or motel. Bed and Breakfast accommodations MUST be approved by Mary Jo!

BOOKING - When a booking if finalized promotional, downloadable material will be available for contracting parties.
